Desk A — Sourcing

Buy from China with confidence

We find real manufacturers, compare them side by side, and stay on your side of the table until the goods are on their way.

  • On-the-ground sourcing at real Chinese factories — verified manufacturers, not middlemen
  • Side-by-side quote comparison: price, MOQ and lead time in one clear sheet
  • Negotiation in Mandarin — price, terms and deadlines pushed in your favour
  • Samples first, then bulk: inspected on camera before you commit

Things done in China, for you

Not everything is about containers. We handle the local tasks that are impossible to do from abroad.

  • Quality control: send goods or samples to our desk — checked with detailed photo & video reports
  • Buying proxy: we order from Chinese online shops for you, consolidate parcels and ship to your door
  • Calls in Mandarin: follow-ups with suppliers, offices and institutions on your behalf
  • Consolidation & repacking: multiple orders combined, Chinese labels removed on request
  • China travel & trip support: routes, tickets and local arrangements for your visit
  • Something else legal on your list? Just ask — if it can be done in China, we’ll say so straight
How it works

From first message to done, in five steps.

A formal PI and agreed milestones from the start: you approve the quote and the evidence before each next step.

STEP 01

Tell us the task

Send a product link, a photo, or simply describe what needs doing in China.

STEP 02

Quote in 24–48h

You receive a clear written quote — what we’ll do, how long it takes, and the fee. No obligation.

STEP 03

Approve & agree the plan

We put the quote and payment milestones in a formal PI. Work starts once the PI is confirmed and the first agreed milestone is met — no surprises later.

STEP 04

We execute & show proof

We carry out the agreed work — sourcing, checking, calling, arranging — with photo, video and written updates at every stage.

STEP 05

Delivery

You receive the goods, documents or outcome — plus a clear summary of everything done.

Why a local office wins

China rewards the people who show up.

The best prices and the honest factories rarely answer foreign emails. They answer a local who calls, follows up and checks samples in person.

Real factories, not storefronts

We distinguish manufacturers from trading companies and check business licences before you pay anyone.

Evidence, not promises

Every order is photographed and filmed. You approve what you see — before the balance is paid.

A voice suppliers actually answer

Mandarin calls cut through delays: price talks, production follow-ups and problem-solving happen same-day.

FAQ

Straight answers, before you ask.

Every task is different, so there is no public price list. Send us your task and you’ll get an exact written quote first — free, with no obligation. Payment milestones are agreed in writing before any work starts.

Small orders and service fees via PayPal invoice; larger orders by bank transfer (T/T). You always receive an invoice from our registered business first.

We inspect against your specifications and send detailed photos and video. Nothing ships — and no balance is due — until you approve what you see.

Yes. On request we consolidate multiple orders, remove Chinese-language inserts and repackage into clean, export-ready cartons.

Supplier calls and follow-ups, document and information requests to Chinese organisations, Chinese-language market research, China travel and trip support, parcel handling — and hands-on errands anywhere in China when a task needs someone on the ground (travel charged at actual cost, always quoted in advance). If it’s legal and doable, ask us.

We don’t handle counterfeit or replica goods, restricted electronics, or grey-area errands such as visa workarounds. Everything we do is legal and documented.
